The Jaw clamped down hard as sin
a morning bird flutters in the dew kissed dusk
playing hide and seek so frivolously
with the dawn
a bleached out sky
watches as I curl and undress the magnitude of my life
like a windfall in the wind
it fly's
all pity with no mercy in it's eyes
Death of love came calling
this is not the first time
a shadow befalls my heart
and all is lost
A memory dies not when you want it to
but only when you wish it not
And then to fade as days to weeks
And weeks to the years that time forgot...
